He also helps promote the resort, traveling around the world and maintaining a yearlong schedule of events.A native of Montreal, Canada, Gilles’ first sporting love was hockey, and he played center for the Laval Saints of the Montreal Metropolitan Junior Hockey League prior to playing at Michigan State University as well as playing one year of professional hockey, suiting up for the International Hockey League’s Port Huron Wings. As Senior Golf Sales Director, Gagnon oversees the entire golf operation, including all 90 holes-at Teeth of the Dog®, The Links, Dye Fore, and La Romana Country Club (private) -as well as the golf shops and tournaments. Gilles is the face of Casa de Campo golf, having devoted his energy to the resort since arriving in 1981.
